If you play as a trio, it must be played in quads with no fill.
Host is restricted when the team is in a protected payout place, has scored more than 120 points and has hosted 3 or more of the best 5 maps.
Minimum team rank is 25. Teams may sign up lower, but will score as a rank 25 team.
